Tim Martin, Chief Executive Officer

Tim joined Express Courier as CEO on April 1st, 2008. Immediately prior to joining ECI, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cardinal Healthcare’s Specialty Pharmaceuticals Division. During his 23-year career in the healthcare industry, Tim has served in a variety of management roles in the pharmaceutical, home healthcare, pharmacy and pharmaceutical logistics markets. Main areas of career focus and expertise include; sales management, specialty healthcare acquisitions and turnaround initiatives.

Tim is an active member of The Alternative Board and is a member of the Board for the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Tim and his wife, Pam, have three children.

Chuck Moyer, Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Moyer, Chief Operating Officer has served in the capacity of COO since he came to ECI in 1993. Chuck has over 30 years in the transportation industry, including 22 years experience in the courier industry ranging from operating as an independent contractor to all positions up to and now including Chief Operating Officer. Chuck started his career in the courier industry with Priority Dispatch (Cincinnati) in 1984 and joined Express Courier (Nashville) in 1993.

Chuck attended Northern Kentucky University. He and his wife, Pam, have three sons.

Mark Fly, Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined Express Courier as CFO on June 26, 2008. Prior to joining ECI, Mark served as CFO for Porcelain Industries, a local manufacturer servicing the appliance industry and AMI Metals, multinational company focused on aerospace. Mark also worked as a CPA in Nashville for 11 years, servicing a variety of clients in multiple industries across the southeast.

Mark is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA. Mark and his wife Julie have two children.

Phil Kay, Chief Information Officer

Phil Kay has been with ECI since 1997 as its Systems Administrator, IT Manager, SCADD Manager, and CIO. He has 13 years experience working in the IT field. Prior to working with Express Courier, he worked for 2 years with Solution Systems in computer installations and repair.

Phil graduated from ITT with an Associates Degree of Applied Science Electrical Engineering Technology. He and his wife have two daughters.

Joi Schurman, Controller

Joi Schurman, Controller, has been with Express Courier since October 1994. Joi is responsible for legal, insurance compliance and the accounting department. She has 21 years experience in the accounting field and 13 years experience in the transportation industry. Prior to joining Express Courier, she was an Accountant/Sales Support Administrator with Mighty Equipment Company. Her responsibilities included accounting for two divisions of company, customer service, and shipping and receiving.

Joi holds an Associates Degree in Computer Accounting from Nashville Technical College. Joi and her husband have two children.

Angie Johnson, Human Resource Manager

Human Resources Manager, Angie Johnson has served the company in that capacity since January 2000. She has been in the HR field for the past 12 years. Prior to joining ECI, Angie was the Personnel Administrator for Cytometry Associates, Inc. Her previous employers include Leesville Cardiology Center and the medical offices of Dr. Arnold, Edwards, Growden, Bressman, VanHooydonk and Adkins in Nashville, TN.

Angie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and she attended Austin Peay State University. Angie and her husband, Terry, have two children.

Frank Limbaugh, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Frank Limbaugh, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been with Express Courier since 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Operations, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining ECI, Frank was employed by Williams companies, where he was responsible for the implementation of their $72M credit card network subsidiary. He has also been employed by United Dairy Farmers and Jr. Food Marts.

Frank graduated from Southeast Missouri State College with a Business degree. He and his wife have two daughters and two granddaughters.
